Hello, I am the owner of Legacy Health & Wellness, LLC. I have been in the medical field for over 15 years. I have been a nurse practitioner for 3 years. I absolutely love being an APRN and am very passionate about helping others. I love everything about health, wellness, fitness and nutrition. I really enjoy inspiring others. I believe that it's not ever too late to improve your health. As a provider my goal is to help you with your individualized weight loss program that best fits your needs and provide you with the coaching and support to be successful.
Teresa Effertz is a highly experienced nursing professional with over 18 years in the field, now dedicated to Legacy Health & Wellness. Originally from Michigan and a resident of Belton, TX since 1990, Teresa is passionate about enhancing the health and well-being of her community. Her bilingual abilities significantly enrich her patient care delivery, ensuring clear and compassionate communication. Throughout her distinguished career, Teresa has excelled in various nursing specialties, amassing a wealth of knowledge and skills. She is now eager to leverage her expertise to assist you in achieving your skincare goals, helping your outward appearance reflect your inner beauty.
